I bought a groupon to have an automatic starter installed in my vehicle. A $300 value for the sale that Groupon was charging. He told my sister he installing of her specific vehicle would be $349- so what we thought we were getting on groupon was a great deal. After booking the groupon and calling to make the appointment he told my sister that he would have to charge her an additional $199 on top of what she had in her hands which was of $300 value. When calling from a different phone number and asking a quote on the exact make an model of the car he again tell my friend is only $349, so i asked him why he was trying to charge my sister an additional 199 to total $499 for something he is quoting other people at $349, He then tells me that he will only go by what the fine print states and charge me $100. I again ask why if anything she should only be paying an additional $49. and he states that no.. after a lot of back and forth- he agrees to doing her vehicle at $49 only to then tell me that he wont do it at $49, that he wont honor the groupon or want to do business anymore. he puts me on hold, calls groupon and cancels the transaction without me being informed at all. was this because of our accent when speaking with him that he was trying to take advantage or because we are women and should not know about vehicles? Fraudulent place. Trying to charge more than what he quotes the rest of the people just because we got a good deal on a $300 item? He is horrible of a person to deal with. Rude and disrespectful person.

Great experience with great customer service. They were able to remove the poor tint job and place new film on my front windows. Fast and they even cleaned the overspray from the inside of the vehicle during application (something not normally done by tint shops) highly recommend and will return for my decal application.

A couple of years ago I had a remote starter installed. Rok did a first class installation. No loose or visible wires. Everything cable tied and fuses easily accessible. The starter has performed great the entire time I had it. Recently I had an issue with my battery draining when my truck sat for more than a few days. A mechanic told me the issue was the remote starter. I went to see Rok and he said he would replace the module. I then did some troubleshooting myself and wasn't able to repeat what was in the mechanic's diagnostic report (went back to the mechanic and he couldn't repeat what he originally told me either). I told Rok that I now had doubts about the remote starter being the cause of my problem, and that I should probably do some more testing before blaming it on the starter. He said he would replace the module anyway free of charge. That way I could eliminate it as a possible cause. The new module tested exactly like the original, so as far as I can tell it turns out the original had not failed.

I can't recommend Rok enough. Quality work, quality products, and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

Rok did a great installation job for a remote starter/alarm system. Later went back to have secured hard back truck bed cover in stalled. Now dry and secured.

Went to this establishment with my 16-year-old son on 8/26. The represented there seemed was very nice. This was our first experience in installing a deck and system Myson was quoted $1000 to put in a deck that he had already purchased Polk speakers in the rear which she already purchased a 12 inch sub with which was supposed to be a handmade box an amp and 2 6 inch door speakers. A deposit was required of $500 which I did give to the tech we made an appointment for 9/1 we dropped off the car and picked it up the following day. Upon the pick up of the car the tech told my son that he didn't have a 12 inch sub in stock so put a 10 inch sub in my sons cars. The tech then told my son it would be in in a couple of days I received a call on 9/ 8 telling me that the sub would be in on 9/8 today is now 9/12

Went to this establishment on August 27 with my 16-year-old son to install his first deck in system. Upon our arrival the text seemed very nice. My son was had the tech give him a quote for putting in a deck that he already purchased Polk audio speakers for the rear that he already purchased 6 inch door speakers for the front and a 12 inch sub with which was supposed to be a handmade box and an amp. The tech quoted us $1000 any of the $500 deposit which I did give him we made an appointment to have it installed on September 1 we then picked up the picked up the vehicle next day September 2. When my son picked up his vehicle the tech told him he did not have a 12 inch sub in stock so I'll put in a 10 inch sub instead. He said it would be in on Thursday September 8 which it was not it is now September 12 in the sub has not come in yet I feel that he took advantage of me and my child if you are a female and Young man please beware

can't believe how excellent Auto dezign is they have great deals their customer service is excellent made me feel like a family member cannot be prices and they will match places I was in an out and had a great gift for my wife thank you auto dezign

I purchased a new remote starter and navigation system for my car, the sales person and person who installed everything in my car was very friendly and able to answer all of the questions that I had about my purchase. DROPPING OFF MY CAR AND AND GETTING A RIDE BACK AND FORTH CAN BE TROUBLESOME, BUT WITH THE MOBILE SERVICE IT WAS SO MUCH EASIER.
