Went to regal nails got lashes full set 9/08/2021, had to go back on 09/17/2021 to get refill for missing lash on right eye and a dropping one in the left eye. It felt heavy but I let it go, but while doing it I couldn’t understand all what this older tech was doing. The next day my eyes were hard crusty itching I looked and there was a full set on each eye over the previous lashes. I had to take they off and they came up easily.

Honestly I couldn’t believe it, I went back 09/20/2021 with lashed in an envelope of the of the lashes, the manager declared they never do that, I said here is the receipt from my cash app on my phone find the tech, she wanted nothing to do with that, wouldn’t look into that, wouldn’t say I will get back to you, never say I’m sorry, never offered an alternative, no courtesy at all… I said you could offer for me come back since you have a customer, No!

Is this how customer service is in America now, are they legal, do they have green cards. Does common courtesy change because of who owns the business, take your money then you can just go to HELL, because we have so many other people. I think people entering this country need classes on business ethics because when these people get your money they seem to think they don’t make mistakes or do wrong. I’m declared a liar for $15 they are desperate to keep.

I just changed my mind about these foreigners because I’ve never had an American to be to desperate or ignorant and I’m 67 years old.

Don’t need their business ever.

I got my nails done on Sunday , by Monday the next DAY they were already lifting and had huge bubbles underneath. I went there to get my money back so I could get them fixed. HORRIBLE customer service , they were rude and yelling at me in front of their customers! They were saying they would not give me my money back. Called corporate no response back yet. They told me my nails looked perfectly fine. Never going there again. Waste of money!!
