The manager on duty the evening my family am I went into this location was very knowledgeable. She answered every question and was able to recommend some of the better/healthier foods for our cat that just came from a almost $900 week long ordeal at the vet for a UTI. Also went in about a week later and had a different employee that was pretty knowledgeable as well. It seems that the employees have been well trained at the Middle River/White Marsh location ! My new go to spot for our furry family !

I walked in to look at prices for grooming, i was imediatly approached with a very rude "can I help you?" In a snobby attitude, and then starred at like I was breaking a law or something. I replied with "I'm just looking at the prices" and just shrugged her rude attitude off. Her response, was then "Excuse me?" In the biggest attitude I could have imagined. Luckily, her co workers corrected her. I won't be having my dog groomed here, nor will I probably shop here either, they need to hire better people. Or people need to learn some manners.

This place is good. It cares for its pet well. It sells a varity ask for anything they have it. Shop Here
