Shame shame Outback steakhouse. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Tricking customers with wording on your menu like "half order". I was at your Miami lakes location today and what a shocked when my baby back ribs came to the table, with 4 ribs? what are you joking? for 14.95? What a rip off, but not only that it wasn't about the money, more about the principle!! Waitress even said "1/2 rack" when i ordered ....What I was served was not a half rack of ribs.

On top of that after i complained about the portion, the mgmt. and waitress left me without any food, and then tried to have me order a full rack at the price of a half rack. What is this, lets make a deal? What is confusing is what your company is planning on doing with the 4 ribs (which looked like a 1/4 rack not a 1/2) with the food that was taken away?

Are you planning on reserving that to a guest? Seems so. Because why wouldn't you just discount what you served me, or comp it completely? Instead you have me sitting there with my girlfriend watching her eat???

I WILL NEVER GO TO AN OUTBACK FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. You wont ever get one penny from this frequent restaurant customer which I go out a few times a week to eat at places. What a scam your restaurant is doing a disservice to the consumer and poor mgmt to boot!
