I placed an order on Monday. I paid for it on Tuesday. They made several mistakes and I had to keep sending it back. Finally on Thursday I approved it for print. I called Friday to come pick up my order. The manager told me I'd have to pay extra to pick it up that day. I told them the order was placed on Monday but the company kept messing it up. He was very unprofessional. He kept over talking me. Finally, he hung up on me while I was talking. Needless to say, my company will no longer do business with Ace Printing.

I treat people how I want to be treated with respect this company is Very racist very rude you go in say good morning they ignore you and don’t help you they tell you to pick up the business cards you go in to pick it up and they stand you up and tell you no come in tomorrow just to be spiteful the younger guy takes things to personal and just because you black they treat you like you can’t be Hispanic they don’t have any class I hate there service I wouldn’t recommend ever My husband went on blank trip 🤦🏽‍♀️

Should be ZERO stars. Ordered t-shirts and business cards for my business. Took SIX weeks to get my order completed. AND it was all wrong. $300 down the drain, just got tired of dealing with him and all the excuses. NEVER again. And he came recommended. And not even once did he apologize, just kept on with excuses. Screen print issues, color out of stock, resolution on the picture wasn't right. Every excuse imaginable. And the shirts came in either too big or too small. AND when I would call he would say let me call you back in 2 minutes. YEAH, ok. Never got a return phone call from him, so I would have to keep calling back.

Have worked with them for years and always been satisfied with their products and results. Always on a timely professional manner.

This guy is completely unprofessional and rude, it took him more than a week to make a simple set of my business cards and it also make go three times and he never said I'm sorry I did not did the job on time so I wouldn't recommend you to spend your money and time on this guy.
