Provided by YP.comI am so happy these people are in Kendall! Nuff said. Went to Party City because they had my costume on the website, but apparently they only sell costumes for Halloween. These guys saved me gas and time, plus I got my costume much cheaper there.

Provided by YP.comI am completely outraged with the poor quality of the “All Wrapped Up” costume as well as the poor customer service at wondercostumes.com. I ordered this suit after my husband decided he wanted to attend our “Santacon”. After my husband received his suit from this company in good condition I decided to order a suit from them as well. Well, it is a disaster piece. The left arm is extremely tight and can not be worn. The fur cuff does not match the fur on the other arm. The cuff is patched together with three seams and completely crooked. After taking a closer look, the fur used on the defective arm is the same as the fur used for the boot top. Lets just say that this costume had terrible workmanship and someone miserably failed at their job at both the Chinese factory and wondercostumes.com.
As stated in the wondercostumes.com Return & Exchange Policy:
“Our quality assurance team revises products prior to shipping to assure that you are getting a product in perfect condition. Upon revision a label is placed on the costume packaging to confirm that it is being sent in perfect condition and it is also documented in our system.”
What a joke! I immediately called the next morning to speak with a Customer Service Representative. First of all, I received no empathy or options for exchanging this defective suit for something else. I was just told that all I could do is return the item with the RMA sent to my email. They would refund the amount paid for the costume but I would need to pay for return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. So, in the end I would pay the $7 to ship the defective costume to me, $10+ to ship the costume back, plus $7 to restock the piece of junk and absolutely nothing to show for it.
This company has terrible customer service, poor quality costumes, and does not stand behind their word that “we strive for total customer satisfaction while offering you the latest items and competitive prices”. I feel completely ripped off and will NEVER deal with this company again. I hope people reading this take my advice and go with a reputable company that will not steal from their customers.. Any reputable retailer would have taken this defective, unwearable piece of junk back at no cost to the customer!
