The Falls is one of our nicest malls in the South Miami area, but the United Artists theatre is dated, dirty and poorly run. Rarely do I go there with my family or friends and find anyone sitting in the ticket box, which requires us to go inside to buy our tickets. Without fail, a surly manager will tell us to go back outside & wait for someone to come sell us tickets, even though he could sell us tickets at the desk where he's seated. Once we finally do get inside and find seats, I can expect to soon be leaving my seat to go find another manager to ask him to sync the sound to the movie, or start the sound, or start the movie itself. The food services are terribly understaffed so we're already late from waiting in line to get our small popcorn & small drink, which cost more than the price of the movie ticket. But most importantly - we must ALWAYS remember to use the restrooms in the Mall before we get to the theater, because the restrooms inside the theater are filthy, and the smell will make you want to throw your popcorn in the garbage.

I suggest to the managers of UA Movies at the Falls to take a little field trip out to the Regal Kendall Village (I have no affiliation), but have been so impressed by their theater and particularly the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, that I actually asked for the manager, in order to compliment him.
