Provided by SuperpagesI am a regular here. With Pollo Tropical close by, I do not waste my time cooking chicken. Everything I order here is always fresh and hot. I find the order takers do not pay close attention to what I say, so I have to always repeat myself. The first thing I said to my order taker was "this order is for here". She was so busy talking to her co workers that the first thing she asked me was "is this order for here or to go"? HELLO?? I don't think the cashiers (order takers) should handle money then handle food orders without changing their gloves first. THE FOOD HERE IS VERY GOOD, BUT THE CASHIERS SEEM TO BE HALF ASLEEP.
