After receiving the wrong brakes (their mistake), I was forced to go to a store to buy a lesser brand. Then, when trying to return the wrong brakes to Place for Brakes, they were very rude and insisted that there was a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the shipping cost to return them. I thought I was getting a good deal, but ended up spending more, and getting frustrated.
