The same happened to me .My situation happened 5 months before my son's 1st birthday... In my case, when i called her,I didn't even ask for the entire deposite, I was expecting at least the half of it and not even like that she wanted to help me... I wouldn't for nothing in this world plan another party with party kingdom, to me they are very very unprofessional, especially the owner... People if after you have read this, you still decide to plan your party with this HORRIBLE company, please try to make your $200.00 deposit a month before the party. that way if something happens you dont feel like they stole from you... I TOTALLY DONT RECOMEND PARTY KINGDOM...
