Provided by YP.comKaren Lucayo was very kind up until I paid 200 for exam 575 and for my glasses. After that her customer service was done and her bad manners came out. According to there optomotrist my script had changed and my eyes had gotten much worse. I called weekly to see where my glasses were. Karen became very angry that I kept calling and told me off. My glasses were promised in a week I received them in 5 weeks. Karen said "Thats because your vision is horrible and you are difficult to make glasses for." Nice!
