Very very bad services ! If you looking for a reliable company with a real front end please make sure stay away from this one.
Iniciatly the representative that took my order to move a load from Kansas City to Ocala Florida has very few knowledge in regards freight logistic, and very insisting on collect the freight charges right away, I then asked for a supervisor or manager on duty and I was transfer to a lady named Daniela Ramirez, I explained to ms Ramirez that I was visiting the area and I would like to visit their office to have some confidence of dealing with a reputable and not a scam company.
I drove to their address 7215 NW 41th street unit H, miami FL 33166, and end up to be in a small warehouse complex with not front doors signs.
Few minutes after ms Daniela and her husband show up to their storage/office and explained that they were in a process of moving staffs around and they were very responsable and take pride on any and every customer shipment load. Then, I went ahead to prepay for the shipment "when every other company usually collect the funds at the end" however, everything end up to a disaster as ( driver promised to be at the pick up location and never show up, then ms Daniela's "helper lady" promise to acomódate everything and never return my phone calls to all the way to the end ms Daniela's husband finally call me and explained that their carrier had some little
Difficulties and will resume to pick up my merchandise 3 to 4. Days later to the inicial agreement.
