They have pretty straight forward customer service. They make getting insurance a lot easier than it usually is. They are very attentive and the premiums we got were cheaper than going to other bigger insurance agencies. I've been getting my car, house and boat insurance from them for the last 4 years and no problems at all. I do recommend it, they also speak fluent spanish, though thats not so uncommon in miami.
