Well, I shop alot! This is my first negative review ever! And I'll be brief here. This company (Go Modern Furniture) sold me a piece of furniture with a factory defect. They ignored me for 3 month while I was trying, really trying to solve the issue nicely. No one knows what I'm talking about each time I call, eve that I already called dozens of times, sent emails, and pictures of the defective merchandise. I had nothing else to do but go with a chargeback. Guess what?! They tried to sue me 5 month later!! This company is so unorganised, that they didn't even see the chargeback in time to respond! Instead they sent me a letter from their lawyer about filing a civil theft lawsuit against me 5 month after the chargeback!!!! STAY AWAY! GO MODERN FURNITURE WILL SUE YOU IF YOU WILL NOT BE LOYAL ENOUGH CUSTOMER TO THEM!!

Sales rep was very nice with us and when it was time to really decide what to buy he called the mananager who took great care of us. I prefer to buy in a place where everybody takes care of me instead of buying at big stores where they don't care about your decor and needs.

This store goes by several different names and they are not on BBB.org, this itself should have been a red flag that I was not dealing with professionals. The name on the website is gomodernusa.com, at the store its Go Modern but on the sales invoice its Leather Furniture Outlet. I purchased furniture in this store on 2/25/2014. Initially I was impressed with the style and quite frankly the prices of "leather" furniture in this store. After visiting several other furniture stores I decided to make my purchase here since they Guaranteed the what you're buying is 100% leather. I purchased a dining room set, a bedroom set and a leather sectional. After 8 months of minimal use (I have two living room areas) the leather on the sectional is literally peeling off the top layer by the seams and the leather bedroom set looks old/saggy. I contacted Go Modern and after getting the run-around from Luz, Jenny and Judith they gave me the option to have someone come and paint the leather. Really!! If you still decide to make a purchase here please Read the back of sales receipt where they release themselves of any type of claim. These people know they're selling garbage and try anything and everything to protect themselves. They sell cheap because the quality is cheap, you ultimately get what you pay for. Do your research and pay a little extra for quality. I have pictures to prove don't go by good reviews probably written by the owners. I don't want anyone to go through what I've gone through.

Very friendly staff, they have good quality sofas for very reasonable prices.

Very nice modern furniture store close to downtown Miami. I bought a white leather couch, very nice and a good price. They mostly have leather, but that's ok because that is what I focused on.

Cool furniture store that really has lots of modern furniture, especially leather sets. They are in downtown Miami and have great prices. I got myself a brown leather couch and a matching chocolate coffee table. Very modern and cool.
