Provided by YP.comTHEY MADE A MISTAKE IN MY TAXES AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME TO FIX THE THEIR MISTAKE, POOR SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE.

If we made an error - we would NEVER charge the client to make a correction. In fact, if we made an error, we would not only correct it at no charge, but also provide a full refund. If this client would call us, we will research the situation and provide an answer and solution to the problem. We are also very curious to learn more about this complaint.
