SAMETHING HAPPEN TO ME AND I HUNG UP ON HIM 3 WEEKS LATER I GOT SERVED BECAUSE IT TURNS OUT I WAS THE ONE THAT SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND DIDNT KNOW!!! I COULDVE PAID $1376 INSTEAD NOW IM BEING GARNISHED FOR $4900!! MAKE SURE YOU GO TO AN ATTORNEY I WENT TO ONE WHEN IT WAS TO LATE TO GET A SETTLEMENT. SO BE CARFUL DONT GO THRU WHAT IM GOING THRU

Genesys National Recovery threatened to put a bench warrant for my arrest, (over a $850 debt that I am disputing with Ladies of America) called my friend's mother to tell them about the debt and "detective Charles Thomas" threatened to come to my house. I have filed a complaint against Genesys National Recovery with the FTC (http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm) as they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. If you come across these clowns do us all a favor and report them as well.
