We had a great experience and the best customer service there. Our salesperson was Miriam Aguililla, She was very helpful in our decision, very professional, kind, sweet and patient, always ready to serve. Even the delivery was perfect, they came on time and worked very carefully. I highly recommend El Dorado, they have a great selection of furniture and also a great selection of employees. Thank you!!

Primero que todo agradecer por el GRAN servicio de la señorita Marta Colete, empezando por su amabilidad, y lo que mas me encanto es que me dio mi tiempo para escoger no como en otros lugares que vas a comprar algo y no salen de al lado tuyo y no te dejan ni respirar, y ademas increiblemente cada vez que tenia una duda la tenia ahi, no tenia que ir a buscarla a ningun lugar, ME ENCANTO su atencion, si algun dia deciden ir a esta tienda, se los recomiendo, busquen por ella, les va a encantar, da la explicacion exacta con los precios exactos, nada de mentiras, y me ayudo a escoger un juego de cuarto hermoso y no muy caro, sinceramente, no pudiera estar mas complacida con su atencion....EXPECTACULAR.

Compramos diferentes piezas para el cuarto, y dos sillones cubanos, fuimos atendidos por Maria Antonieta Alfonso, desde que entramos, Maria fue muy atenta y profesional, siempre con una sonrisa y tratando de complacernos en todo, ojala que todas las personas en ventas fueran como ella, no solo le damos 5 estrella a la tienda pero tambien 5 estrellas para Maria .
Creemos que el Dorado debe cambiar el
banco con que trabaja, mi esposo y yo tenemos el credit score por arriba de 800 y no le aprobaron la cantidad completa, cosa que enfurecio a mi esposo y por poco no hace la compra.
lLos limites de credito en nuestras tarjetas son bien alto llegando algunas hasta los vente mil dollares , en las cuales no debemos nada, pues somos una pareja que lo que gastamos durante
el mes se paga por completo cuando llega la cuenta.
Les aseguro que si no cambian de banco van a perder de vender.

This is a beautiful store, I bought sofas and a dining table. If you go furniture shopping here I strongly recommend choosing Martha as your salesperson. She was very informative, kind, and really patient . She was awesome and my experience delightful.

The salesman, Eduardo Alfonso, was excellent. He was very attentive and made the time there very enjoyable. He kept trying to find solutions so I could leave as satisfied with my purchase as possible. His manager, Edgar Ibarra, was also extraordinary. He was very profesional, cooperative, and efficient. Thanks to these two great people, I feel extremely good with my finalized purchase.

Furniture is made poorly. Worst customer service I've ever had. The movers are rude and untimely. Buy you stuff elsewhere and save yourself the terrible experience.

Visite la tienda de Kendall en donde pude observar una gran seleccion de muebles italianos modernos y fui atendidad por el Sr Gustavo Landaeta, quien me brindo su asistencia muy profecional y tomo en cuenta cada detalle para asi tomar una mejor decision en mi compra. The salesman Jonathan was great, how ever the manager that wanted to sell me a set of patio furniture that was missing 2 tables and charge me the same amount of money for it should not be in business.

Yesterday we made our 4th purchase at El Dorado (second at this location) it's been a good experience every time but yesterday the sales person - Rey Rodriguez went above and beyond for us (an extremely indecisive couple). After what seemed like an eternity Rey helped us make an educated decision. Great people make great businesses and Rey is one of those great people. I highly recommend the store and Rey!
