The person taking the order must have been in training, but so was the cook. I ordered my favorite, Caprese Sandwich. The only make it with French or whole wheat!!
I noticed on the board that it was made with Guyanese cheese( no the mozzarella that it is signature of this sandwich). The cheese was soft and rubbery, it did not taste good at all. The bread was burnt in some areas and the basil pesto was not noticeable. AEven the tomatoes were of inferior quality. This is not the Caprese I have had at Don Pan before. I did not finish it . Will not go back.
