The certainty of this company shows pure inaccuracy to the public and rest asure, I advise anyone who reads this; RUN........ You will experience frustraction(s) when you see your bills and the communication within the customer service's behalf is not professional.

I have been a customer for almost 5 years. Commerical Water and Energy consistently submitted inaccurate bills to me over the course of the years. The late charge is 10.00 and I would have to call the company and explain the date my check was submitted online or through bill pay. I would not recommend this company. Perhaps better interal control is needed of the accounts. Their errors are consisent.
