Contacted them to get an estimate ,they refused to give us an estimate because they were too busy ,good luck

Contacted this company today to obtain a quote for glass for our office and the lady who answers the phone couldn't have been ruder. She first told me, "well I don't know, everyone's out to lunch"....and pretty much dismissed me and the business I was trying to give them. Bad customer service is a sure way to lose business.

After considering four companies, we went with Coconut Grove Glass and Mirror based on the estimate and reliability factor for the business. They did a wonderful job and I have recommended them to my friends. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and we will be using them again.
