Straight forward no nonsense just like every armory should be!

Made my first gun purchase today and being a female, I was concerned that I'd be looked down upon. My experience was completely different. Henry and Alberto made me feel so comfortable. There knowledge and mannerisms have made my fears go away! Thank you guys!! All females interested in purchasing a weapon, go to Charlie's, they are 100% the best! Connie

Great place no issues except parking at time and fair price

I have been going to Charlie's for some time now and there is no other gun shop like it. Henry and Luis are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When you walk in there it is like walking into your best friends house. This is a small store but is extremely well stocked and if they don't have it Henry will go above and beyond to find it for you at a fantastic price. I do not know what this guy Peter Lozano is talking about but every single time I've been there everyone is taken care of and handled in the most professional manner no matter how busy they are. You will be completely happy with anything you do with them from taking you FL CWL Course, getting your firearms worked on, to there sales ability. You will completely happy with these guys. Heck if you do not believe this review just go in and check it out you don't have to buy anything to be treated like family and share a cafésito with them. even the new guy Jimmy will treat you the same way. Charlie has a great staff there and due to all this mentioned. THIS IS MY GUN SHOP !!!!!

Charlie seems like a very cool guy, Unfortunately I can't say the same about a few that work at this shop like Henry and Luis the gunsmith... Had a very bad experience with these individuals some time ago after purchasing a weapon from them and wanting to do some work on it. Sadly I was never allowed or ables to speak with Charlie about this issue and had to just let it blow over....

Out all of the gun shop We've been too, this one was the best!!! I love the customer services plus these guys know what they are selling, especially to me which I am a girl!!! Most pple would think negative about this gun shop but its like going into your family's house, which I love that, they remember Ur name that's what i think really counts.

Stopped by the place to ask some questions. Two men inside, one behind the counter looking at a computer screen asks me can he help me still looking at the computer screen. I ask my question and the guy tells me he can"t help me. Very short, without any explanations. Just a stare with a "you can leave whenever you want" look on his face. So I did. Must not be the owner or be one the only people not affected by the economy to not need customers!
