Poor installation and terrible customer service. I hired Brick Paver Group to install an outdoor brick patio, but shortly after paying them for the installation, I noticed many areas were not actually leveled. There was a few hills and dips that made the floor a bit unsafe. I also noticed that all the concrete they put around the edges were starting to break and we’re now sinking along the edges, making it very unsafe to walk on as well. So I did what anyone else would do, I notified the company and asked to have it fixed. They said they would, but then they never got back to me with a date for repairs. So I contacted them again, but didn’t hear from them for a while. I kept calling and emailing, but at some point they just stopped responding. It’s been months now without any response and now I have to hire another company to fix this before someone gets hurt. They did the job fairly quickly, sure, but that’s only because they did a terrible job. I highly recommend looking for someone else for any brick paving relating projects.

Whoever wrote this negative review is clearly referring to the OTHER company with a similar name. Brick Paver Group of Miami is a fantastic company. This company installed my pool deck in 2014 and I was EXTREMELY pleased. I am a very meticulous person who pays attention to detail. Brick Paver Group was the only company I trusted to complete my job: and believe me... I interviewed many here in Miami. This company was extremely professional and accommodating to my difficult request. I had a big and very difficult job (cuts around the pool, cuts around my trees, access to my yard, etc). I could not believe how accommodating, professional, and meticulous was this company. I am a very difficult person to please and a very "hands on" consumer. Brick Paver Group exceeded my expectations. I was helped with the setup of my project by BPG's "Wendy". She was extremely professional and super accommodating. Wendy assured me success with my project and she came through. I will stick myself out on a limb and (unlike this bogus reviewer) and give my name and number. If you would like to see their work, give me a call and come by. BTW...I am now employing Brick Paver Group to install a circular driveway at my home. THIS IS HOW MUCH I TRUST THIS COMPANY!
