Substituted parts that were advertised as OEM on 2 orders. Claimed not to have received my emails or calls after I initiated a charge-back and refused to refund while suggesting that I was trying to get away with something. What was advertised was not what was received and one of the substituted parts didn't even fit. Combative, accusatory - basic bait and switch.

I am calling these guys regularly for parts for my old volvo penta marine diesel, and find them to be professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Their prices are very competitive, and I find that I save more buying through them than online. It's a joy doing business with them.
