Friday night at 10:00pm, just found out that I misplaced my nasal cushion at a hotel in Valdosta, GA. Found Austin Medical Supply online, called, and met Manny at the warehouse. He had a wide selection of masks, and CPAP supplies. Manny was very helpful, especially at this time, and on a Friday!! I will be able to sleep on my cruise now. Thank you VERY MUCH Manny. I found Austin Medical Supply completely by accident - a Google Search! From the moment Manny answered the phone I knew I had found the person to help me navigate my husbands medical needs. Manny is up to date on all the newest equipment, he knows how it all works, & he can explain all that in layman terms. He is more interested in his clients & their needs than he is to make a buck! He often suggests a less expensive option for you because it is in his mind the best for your individual needs. He knows his stuff & he has connections to vendors to get you the best quality for the best price. He also gets to know his clients & will keep you in mind when something new comes up or when he has a great deal on equipment that he knows you will need. When my husband needed oxygen I was lost. I am so happy that I found Austin Medical & Manny because for the last 7 + years he has helped me navigate the industry & has even gone the extra mile many times to pick up & deliver for me.

I can highly recommend Austin Medical Supply. They truly give 24 hour service. Manny came in the middle of the night when my mothers oxygen concentrator broke down with a new one. She cannot breathe without being on oxygen and because of her COPD she cannot breathe deep enough for a portable oxygen tank to be helpful for her. He kindly gave us knowledgable advice over the phone on how to keep her calm until he could get here with the new machine. His service was definitely above and beyond what good service is all about. I will only use Austin Medical co for any future medical supplies. Thank You Manny for coming at 2:30 am when no one including our current co. would.
