Good Afternoon,





My Mother is a patient of Dr Yee for Aran Eye Associates. She's been going there about 3 months now. She's been doing several procedures such as Avastin and BRP laser treatment. Well my mother has suffered the side effects of all the procedures. I have no complain with the doctor Yee, but mostly if you care about going to a doctors office and deal with a professional staff DO NOT GO TO THE NORTH MIAMI OFFICE, the staff is the WORST!!!! My mother had an emergency, she count see she had blurry vision. We called the office and they told us to come in at 2PM when we got there they told her she count see the doctor.





After fighting it with the Manager ANA they made us wait till the last patient was out. One of the staff members her name is DAYAMI started arguing with my mother and myself that we had to wait we had no option. DAYAMI was screaming at us and being unprofessional. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We waited for 5 hours to be seen by the doctor Yee, Never again my mother will see this office again....... If you want a great doctor with good quality staff I recommend you go somewhere else!!!!!
