RUN! DO NOT HIRE THIS RENTAL COMPANY!

• Delivered the rental equipment the night before my wedding when it was expected two days earlier

• Mismatched plates, silverware, cups, and table covers

• Not enough of anything! Had to supplement with our personal cups and silverware

• When picking up their equipment they packed our personal silverware and cups..

• Put open trash in cardboard boxes and left them outside.

• Unprofessional / Untrained waitresses - One of them being Giselle the owner!!!

• Tents were dirty and broken - holes were patched with silver duck tape and legs were not adjustable



WORST OF ALL

• Agreed to give me a partial refund then charged my account twice under two different names!!!! (Ramon Garcia, and Amazing Party Rentals)

• She forged my signature for the second charge to go through!!

• After a month I'm still disputing this with my bank.

• Giselle left a message on my phone saying, "I don't want to have to come to your house" after not agreeing to pay for services she did not provide



WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A "COMPANY" I'VE EVER HAD

These guys were amazing!! They had excellent rates and they even decorated the whole place for us! Smooth transaction all the way. I loved the fact that they gave us their cell phone number and we were able to communicate at any time I needed them!

This company is horrible! First they bring the wrong tables, and then as a complimentary the said they were going to give us table cloths and had us waiting till 1 am for them! Horrible service and customer service! Very unprofessional! Will not recommend!
