Absolutely the worst! They dont back their work. Carlos (Owner) hung up on me after their techs got here, saw what the other tech did before. Tech left right cable off door, didnt notice it util it started squeeking very loud. The owner said no way the door would work with just 1 cable. He said I had to remove it or it broke off. No way his guys would have left it off. The tech today told me the same and I showed him it works fine, just a squeel noise. The owner heard that the door had the right cable disconneced. I certainly did not get up there and pull it off and the cable was not broken, so how did it get rolled up and placed in the inside of the door. Their tech left it off and wont admit it. I had t pay another 137.0 to fix a problem they should have fixed. There your friends when you got money, but for a return service call (especially when their tech didnt do it right the first time). Small claims court here we come

I have been their customer for years now. They have installed and repaired at my home and business. They are puntual and good at what they do. Reliable, especially when you need an emergency you can count on them.

I called this company in search for a part that I wished to order, and the employee was so rude. He hung up in my face soon after. This company will go out of business soon if they don't learn to respect the people that keep them in business.

I'm very happy with my garage door, works perfect and they have good looking mechanics too.

Door still doesn't work right and they refuse to fix it. Every time it rains the door has a mind of its own going up and down.

I do not recomend them unless you want a door installed poorly and an owner who will not repair it and hang up with you on the phone.
