We hired Judy Sarafian from Coco and Early she recommended only Tom Ruscak Thomas and Company to inspect our town house he was referred by our realtor Judy Sarafian from Coco and Early she said he was the best and the only one that she recommends she tells everyone to go to him. Tom did our first home inspection and he found so much wrong with it he suggested not to by it, it would cost a lot to fix it and the heat bill would be expensive. We found a second home and made an offer on it Coco and Early represented us and the seller. Then Judy said don’t forget to call Tom again for the inspection. We called Tom he came out he said the house had minor problems, a great deal he said. Not so minor over 60.000 in damages and a three seasons porch that needs to be torn down termite damage, Stone Foundation falling wall coming apart outside, Vinyl siding nailed over aluminum siding causing a massive draft, a stink pipe from the toilet on the outside wall not on the roof and much, much more. You make the choice who would you hire?
