Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Chris Lefebvre. I would highly recommend Chris to everyone.



We are first time buyers and were guided the whole way through this crazy process with such care and professionalism.



We are so new to all this but Chris never made us feel this way. Chris understood the importance of getting us our first home and followed up on ALL angles possible to ensure that we would be able to attain our new home. He not only got us our dream home, but also made the process seem like a piece of cake. He kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us even after closing. It's been four months since we closed but he still answers all questions we have about the house and gives tips to take care of the house. I can't thank him enough.



We submitted the offer and had to be out of the country till a couple of days before closing; we were very worried since we were going to be away for the entire process but Chris took care of everything. We called Chris from India and wanted to know the dimensions of all the windows in the house and Chris made a couple of trips to the house to get the details for us. He went above and beyond to make us happy.



I agree with everyone else who have given Chris five stars. He gives 110%. He is all about integrity and excellence. Extremely detailed and patient and on top of all this, he is such a good person. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this.



He is undeniably the BEST at what he does.

How do you find the words to describe a realtor that took care of every important detail, so we didn't have to? Selling a condo was a nightmare for me in terms of the laws, pricing, inspections, codes, management companies, release forms, disclaimers, rules, and regulations. Yikes! Yet Chris Lefebvre was ahead of the curve every day, every single day, making contact with me regarding upcoming dates, deadlines, responsibilities, and insightful ideas. I never felt stressed during the process, and that is what I valued most. The words I am looking for are, "Chris, more than anyone involved, was the reason we sold our condo is less than two weeks. Period. Paragraph" Chris knows this business and has a knack, a real knack for making things feel smooth, normal, and always moving forward.

As first-time buyers, we were pretty uncertain when we began our search, and I wasn't even sure to begin. I found Chris through Zillow and contacted him to tell us a bit about ourselves and our goals. He suggested we meet up and start with a face-to-face chat to make sure we'd work well together-- that was a reassuring thing to hear and let us know he was interested in personal service, not just a percentage. We hit it off really well and we knew Chris would be our guy.



When we found a house we loved and lost it at the last possible moment, Chris helped to guide us through what was (to us, anyway) a crushing disappointment. Not only that, but he redoubled his efforts to help us find another house that would excite us in the same way. And we did! We're so happy with our house and it's everything we wanted.



At every stage, Chris worked hard and was always responsive to us (even when we had weird questions in the middle of the night!). We felt entirely comfortable with him and even with the other professionals he recommended, like our closing attorney.



Once we're settled, we're having him over for dinner. That's the kind of relationship he built with us.
