Provided by YP.comHave you EVER gotten so frustrated dealing with employees who want to do nothing but talk over you? This place, Black and Gold Sports Shop is nothing BUT employees that want to rudely interrupt everything you have to say.
Dealing with them to try to buy a gift "card"--no way. Talking over me. Dealing with them to say that this gift card "number" for online purchases only is what I get for the "gift certificate" I thought I was purchasing--more talking over me. And when I asked for and got email confirmation of a refund, but 7 days later still no refund, I call to inquire... AGAIN more talking over me.
I guess these morons think they are so smart they can read someone's thoughts and jumpstart any question the customer has to jumpstart an answer. Glad I won't be dealing with these idiots again once my credit is issued.

Provided by YP.comShe told me that she was having a problem with her computer and I told her to call Black & Gold Tech. They are good people and will assist you with your problem. I told her that is the only people that will work on my computer. When I call they are very helpful to me and they also make house call. They got my computer up and runnung with no promble. My hat is off to Black and Gold Tech.
