Would not recommend this place. Too many additional fees added and not always available during their posted hours. .serious thumbs down!

It was my first time to go to Willis's and I was surprised at how the shop was TOP NOTCH in appearance and customer service! The outside of the shoe repair shop was decorated so cool and had a great sign on the outside. When I entered into the store, it is decorated so nice! I loved the warmth of the wood decor, decorative walls and cowhide chair and table. They also display their workmanship on the wall. Their signs were displayed very well to show the customer all the work this cool little shop does. I waited for my shoes, the work was great, they were extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was amazing. I will most definitely be returning with 3 additional pairs of shoes! LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!

Beware for sure! Fixed belt, did not stay- glued --- came apart in a couple of days. Went back he said he would sew the belt together for $20 agreed to discount to $ 15 since I had already paid for first bad repair. Went to pick up and they were closed for vacation. Went to pick up later and belt was not ready. He said to stick around for 15 minutes and he would fix. Not ready after about 25 -30 minutes. Asked to use rest room and was informed their rest room was not for public use. Told them I was not someone who just walked in from the street---I was a customer. They still refused to let me use rest room. When it came time to pay he charged me $25 --$10 more than agreed price. I told them they just lost a customer and I would not ever come back in there. He said "so be it"-- I replied "so be it" and he needs to learn how to run a business. Do not go in there, and be intimidated and cheated!

Be ware!!! Do not go there to repair your shoes. They will not be done on time and will not be done properly. Trust me this owner feels he can come in when he wants and treat customers badly. His work is shabby. He will not try and fixed the shoes you bring back. $12.50 for bad service. Ask the shop next door they get all his complaints.
