BEWARE Pregnant Mamas!

My ob ordered standard ultra-sound through
Valley Prenatal at their Mesa office

They called me and informed me that the charge would be $433.00 for the ultrasound. It seemed a little high, but decided to go get it done. I paid in full at the time of the service. During the ultrasound the tech asked me to go change so she could do a vaginal ultrasound to check a few things. So I did as asked. When I got the bill it was $866.00 They ended up changing the cost of the ultrasound to $572 and then charging an additional $294 for a Trans-vaginal ultrasound. I think this is completely absurd. When I talked to them to fight the charge, they said i was informed that there might be additional services performed and I signed a paper saying I would pay those if they occurred. And now they have charged me $60 in late fees as well. DON'T USE VALLEY PRENATAL!!!!!
