This business is garbage. Ordered a tow at 1:30pm. Received four messages saying how busy they were. Finally I called at 8:30. Owner answered, told me it was cancelled hours before and it wasn't his responsibility to let me know he cancelled it. He then hung up on me. I texted him "Is this how you treat paying customers? So he then called me threatening me saying he has my address and he'll be seeing me. I said so you can come to fight someone you never met for calling out your garbage company but you couldn't make it for the tow? So this guy starts texting me like I was the threatening one. He even called the sheriff's on me. Fortunately I screenshot everything including call logs. Mr Towmater lied to sheriff's saying I called to threaten twice, but he's too stupid to remember call logs. False police report by towmaters owner. Public information feel free to look up IR23003645 Officer Burk #S2321. So in short don't use these guys who hide behind phones and sheriff's.
