From the moment I made the reservation with Vern, I knew I'd picked the right place. I had my stuff in storage for a year and a half and never had one issue. Each time I visited my unit, Vern was out patrolling, offering to help or just shooting the breeze. He was always professional, friendly, and helpful! Always prompt to return phone calls, also!

My storage was broken into and everything was stolen. The office didn't report the break in to me but just put one of their locks on the now empty storage. They then let me pay for another months rent when I didn't know it had been broken into and they didn't even tell me because they said they weren't sure if it was occupied. I then found out from the police that this storage location has had a lot of other break ins as well.
