I have had numerous trucks lifted here, they give you the best deal in town and are great to work with, they make me feel like family!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!

I purchased a lift kit for $399 and installed for $250. What should have been an easy install has turned into a nightmare. The do NOT stand behind there products are there work!! This is the place that horror stories come from. I am now in in for about 2k. In retrospect I see how they trick you into purchasing part and service you just do not need. They installed a simple 3 1/4 lift on my jeep. They could not correct the famous "death wobble" They said it was my aftermarket wheels, and gave me an invoice stating that my "issue must be tire and wheel package" They recommended I buy the correct wheels. Once I purchased the wheels they refused to put them on because I had used tires. They tried to pressure me into dishing out another $1000 on top of the $2000 I had already spent. I took the wheel and had them installed at another tire shop, they gave me a warranty on the tires/installation . The issue persisted, my jeep still shook violently. I called them, they said they would mail me a part that was missing from the wheels. Come to find out these are the same type of wheels I had before. ""ALL I NEEDED WAS TO PURCHASE 4 SMALL RINGS THAT TOOK UP THE SPACE AROUND THE WHEEL". These are parts that they gave me yet sold me $1000 wheels saying it would correct the wobbling. It took 6 days for me to receive these rings. They are incredibly stupid people because I live a few miles from 2135 S 11th ave. I have not had use of my vehicle since 05/23/14, it is now 06/10/14 (18 DAYS) Today I spoke the front desk guy, he said they would have to charge me an hourly rate if I wanted them to look at my jeep. I told them my jeep was not safe to drive my kids around. He didn't care, he said the problem was because I didn't have new tires. He could not explain how the used stock wheels they used to diagnose the problem had corrected the wobbling. I see the only way to resolve this is to sue these crooks. Do not ignore my review as I ignored the other bad reviews for this place.

I have taken my high end car here in Prestige Custom Rides down in Mesa Arizona family own place. I though they know what they are doing but here but end up missing up my car and have to bring it some where else. I would NOT recommend and trust this people here they gave me a bunch of run around. Again I would NOT NOT recommend this place. I suggest to take your car somewhere else before you pay twice like I paid them for a carpy JOB. Justin is just a bunch of talk but can not deliver the JOB. ALSO some body in the shop stole some of my parts I never see the parts installed in the car.

I felt good about their services and reasonable prices.The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back.

I visited to there a week ago and i found it tremendously good .... Huge facility , clean area , great ambiance and highly cooperative staff . They were really helpful and ofcourse with reasonable prices .
