My actual visit for my sons broken wrist was fine. What happened next was so unprofessional. There was some miscommunication regarding my sons medical records. So I made many phone calls trying to figure it out. Well a woman told me ( I think her name was CASSIE) THAT MY CALLS REGUARDING MY SON "WHERE WASTING THEIR TIME" I just feel her superior should know that an unhappy, impatient, rude staff member is what the parents are dealing with. The one star is for Taylor, patient and polite. Taylor how do you work with that B*$$&#?

I am so happy that we chose to change dr's and go to Phoenix Children's GI. The dr's are very caring and knowledgable in this area. I am very impressed with the hospital and specialty clinic.

I was literally amazed with the efficiency and level of care we received here. The staff were all very friendly and caring. I don't ever write reviews but I felt like I had to say something. Awesome place.
