Staff is very poorly trained, glasses won't be done in the time frame they promise and your prescription won't be right. I waited almost 3 weeks for my glasses to come in after being told it would be less than a week, I also paid for progressive lenses but when my glasses finally arrived they weren't correct. The manager got loud in front of other customers when I informed them my order was not correct. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else to get glasses as Nationwide is the worst place I've had the misfortune of dealing with! If I could rate them 0 I would

I ordered glasses & contacts from Nationwide. I ordered the transision lenses. They barely get any color. Anywhere else that sells transision lenses, the lenses get very dark. Not theirs. They refused to fix them. Said that was normal. BULL! Glalsses from Sam's Club are 100% better than Nationwide. At least their transision glasses get quite dark.

Nationwide Vision will give you an appointment then plan on waiting at least 3 HOURS in the hot waiting room until you are called for your eye exam! Then it's another hour for them to tell you that your bill is $300.00!! You won't be able to get your glasses until 3 weeks!! POOR SERVICE. VERY HIGH PRICES. OUR FAMILY WILL NOT RETURN!
