I got a mani/pedi which was okay. I got my eyebrows colored black, which I asked for dark brown, though kim said she mixed brown in. And a wax to top it off. On top of the darker color, the wax was a little much between my brows making them look more uneven then they naturally are. I've come here before and have gotten this same service from Ivy and they came out amazing. Not to compare the two, but kim is trying to blame it on my eyebrows and not taking responsibility for a poor color and wax job. No tip obviously, as I still had to pay for the service. Not pleased at all.
