Beware! horrible horrible customer service. Stay away! I bought a two month old trailer that was supposed to be covered by warranty. Salesman Toby lied to me about everything to do with that trailer. After one week of using it I noticed a bad tire wear. after the second week the tires were showing threads on the outside. took it to Discount Tire where they told me it appears the axle is bent. Their service manager told me the axle is bent I was trying to get Playcraft to cover it by warranty. after 5 days I called and he said they still have not responded. finally a week later service manager told me that Playcraft wouldn't cover it because I was the second owner. I told them I thought they should pay for the repair on the tires they refused. Tried several times to talk with management and they never return my calls. they sold me a lemon. buyer beware, and stay away from diversified.
