Took my laptop for a simple repair and the tech. guy couldn't make out a work order copy because he said the machine was down. He didn't know what to do but finally wrote out another by hand. He assured me he would call the next day after diagnostic. 4 days later still no call. I tried to call but keep getting cut off by their system. Called the main support number three times but they couldn't do anything other than attempt the call themselves and email the store. That has yet to get any kind of response. All they have to offer is "try again." I live 90 miles away and it looks like I am going to have to drive there or send out Pony Express. I will never ever step foot into this (any?) best buy again. Geek squad is how they do business...like a bunch of geeks with NO understanding of customer service. If you say you will call - you call. And a place of business ought to answer the #$%& phone. I'm taking this corporate by calling Minneapolis 612-291-1000. The manager Ryan Teshler is oblviously incompetent and unreachable. I picture him hiding in his office with the phones off enjoying Nap time and a tropical juice box.
