The customer service I experience on Sat the 6th of August was incredibly disgusting. I was in line trying to purchase alcohol when the cashier asked for my I.D. and the young ladies I.D. behind me. We did not come in the store together but was assumed we were because we had small talk in line at the grocery store. Apparently in AZ if you walk into a store with another person both parties must show I.D. I get that and it's fine with me. Yet my situation is not the same as the law described. We are separated customers paying different tenders. I can be only left with the idea that this chain grocery store is racist. I will not shop here again and their chain stores.

I dislike all the nasty employees. There are only a few nice ones working here but not very many try and make your day nice. They probably would ruin your nice day with all this negativity. Never will I shop here again!

I've lived across the street from this Bashas for years, and every time I've gone there, they've treated me poorly. I am a comic book nerd, and I wear a lot of wigs and things that come from the conventions I go to. There's a lady at the deli that has always been rude to me and won't serve me coffee if I come past 3-- And it isn't because they're out of coffee, because I watch her serve other people coffee, but not me. And she says I distract her customers. Well she told her manager that I shoplifted a pound of pasta salad from her and got me banned from the store for something I didn't even do. I would recommend going anywhere else but there; they discriminate and have no remorse afterwards, even if they watch you cry.
