Rochette Oil, which my father have used for maybe 20 years came to fix his furnace maybe a year and half ago. It stopped working again this winter. Same problem, there are "relief valves" on the side of the furnace that stopped working again. They came and fixed it, he promptly got a bill. I had told customer service when I called in for the repair that this had recently been done, and asked if was under warranty. She said she would check He then got an invoice from Rye Engery. Since I handle all his bills I sent them a letter saying that it should be under warranty - the website of the company who makes the valves says there is a three year warranty on their parts. Never heard back My father started to get phone call. Wrote them again, no response. I then talked to customer service at Rochettes and explained the problem to them and she said she would pull the file and get back to me....she never did. I then sent another letter to Rochettes with the documentation form the manf. website that says there is a three year warranty - still nothing. Just had a very combative phone call with Shayla at Rye who claims nothing happened because I didn't call anyone. I told her that I put everything in writing four times and in fact did speak to someone who never got back to me. Told her to stop calling my father, look at the documentation I sent and tell me why the warranty that the company says exists is not being honored by Rye/Rochettes

They have the most horrible customer service. We called to schedule our furnace to be cleaned. We were told a tech would be at our house "sometime after 1". I took time off from work to WAIT for someone to show up SOMETIME AFTER ONE..at 3:00 we got a call that there was an emergency and we would need to reschedule. I reschedule for the next Friday and asked for an exact time seeing I will have to leave work again for this and I asked for as late in the day as possible. I was told a tech would be at our house on that following Friday AT 2PM. I was told that 2:00 is the latest they schedule. I had to get our of work early AGAIN to wait for them. At 230 I called to find out where the tech was and a little witch named Amy answered the phone. Amy should lose her job. I was told a tech would be at my house in about an hour..unacceptable but now I missed more time for them, so fine. At 300, they called to cancel. Horrible horrible company.. couldn't care less about their customers.

Don't even bother with this horrible useless POS company. They don't even deserve any stars at all. PATHETIC LOSERS

Amazing, friendly company

When I was having problems with my warrantied boiler the company who installed it refused to warranty it. I called Rochette's, they came right down and fixed it and charged me very little. I would never use another company. They are the best!!
