Buyer beware

I described in detail what I wanted a quote on. I was given a guote for what I believed to be what was discussed. Upon ordering I was told that part of what I wanted wasn't included because the person quoting didn't quote that particular part of what I was interest in. So I'm stuck having to pay extra for my project. I guess the lesson is buyer beware and get everything in writing. On top of all this I didn't even get an kind of an apology. I will some where else for any future fabrication needs I might have and surely won't recommend Shawnee Steel to anyone that might ask if I know a good fabricator.
