Beware of Rines Paving. This company agreed to do a crack-sealing job for Newfound Sands Condominium Complex in Bristol in 2012, took a $200 deposit, then never showed up to do the job. Despite repeated phone calls and assurances from Rines that they would do the agreed-upon work, they never did. Now the company refuses to even return the deposit. If one cannot be trusted with a little, how can they be trusted to do a lot?
