First time but never again. I took my two dogs for basic and clipping. #1 She did not know the breeds. Corgi and Havanese (14 Years Experience???) #2 The Havanese cut was very very poor. I question if she was bathed. She didn't smell like shampoo of any kind and had eye crustys. #3 No blow dry and brush. #4 neither had their nails clipped.
