Well this probably isn't the first thing you want to deal with when you are moving into a new home but I initially had problems with a stubborn squatter who wanted to share my new home while I was moving in. I must say that TRG was extremely helpful with securing the doors and windows properly to keep that person out and it worked. I also initially had a few maintenance issues which TRG also promptly fixed. I would recommend TRG to friends and family.

My experience with Tinetti Realty has been a time and money saver. I live out of state and in order to complete my transaction in the Merced area, I needed a realtor who would provide quick response to all my inquiries. I am never disappointed.

Shady, shady, shady! Wont return phone calls. You wont ever get your deposit back..... they are experts in this. I rented from them, same house for over 6 years and never late on my rent once. So when I moved out of their rental to buy a home, if they were the listing agent on a home I was interested in, it was marked off of my list! These people did me so wrong and tried to remodel a original 1972 house, with my deposit. Buyers and renter beware.... find another option! I lived in a 1972 house for 6 years with the original windows and AC unit that never worked correctly..... it was a sweat box (among many other issues).

I bought a house through them about 6 months ago, and of course, it was a Bank Owned House. My Realtor made the whole transaction so smooth, i didn't feel like i was in this "REO cloud" that seems to be portrayed over Merced. She was totally friendly, and really played into my wants and needs, and i honestly felt like she cared. She even gave us a great house warming gift.. Now if that isn't great service i don't know what is! Its great to know, that there are good quality people still out there, even when they're doing business with you. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
