We dealt with Mark Aguayo and he was great! He knew his product very well and explained the warranty options straight forward! Jc was great at coming forward with last minute marks that were not able to come off the car, with other options! Thank you Mark and JC!

My experience at Razzari was positive, thanks to Michael Munoz. Michael treated my brother & I with importance. He took the time to glide & direct us to the vehicles that were to our liking & had the gadgets that we wanted in a vehicle. He was professional & knowledgeable. He answered all the questions my brother & I asked. We got to test drive the vehicles that were potential vehicles. He took us serious, which we were. The service was exceptionally fantastic. I was very satisfied & happy that my brother & I received excellent service. So, thank you Michael Munoz for giving us a five star service, for a first time buyer.

I can't thank Mark Aguayo and JC enough for helping me get a vehicle I love. They went out of their way to make it happen for me. Mark made car buying a very positive experience. Especially since I haven't bought a car on my own since 1979!!!! I was really dreading it but due to Mark I have a totally different out look. THANK YOU MARK, JC AND RAZZARI!!

Sales Associate Mark Aguayo truly made the car buying experience pleasing. Usually buying a car can be stressful; however, the staff members from all departments made me feel like I was a part of their family. They were all very welcoming and went above and beyond trying to help me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. Trust me, you will never go wrong going to this dealership for your next car purchase. I felt absolutely no pressure from any of the staff members to make a vehicle purchase. All members were extremely knowledgable and very sympathetic to my wants and needs in a vehicle and financial situation. Carlos/JC/Todd and Rick (mgr) were all very good at what they do. Courteous and answered questions to my satisfaction. Wife and I had no need to go to another dealer for Chrysler 300. They were very eager to earn our business. Good service - Good care - Good financing.

Razzari Service Department

My 2007 town and country van with 22k miles on it begins to make a high pitched whining noise at times. I took it down to R.M. at the Razzari service center, Merced Ca. on a Friday. There I was told they had no problems having a look at my vehicle. The first time they had found nothing wrong with it, which costed me a whole day without my van. I took my van and experienced the same problem. The following Friday, I drove the van to the dealer ship and told them I was still experiencing the same problem. So I left the van for another Friday. Later that evening, I pick up my van where according to them there wasn't anything wrong, but if it the noise appears bring the van so they could identify a problem. The next time the noise had appeared, which wasn't very long, I pulled off the freeway and took it down. They decided that they were going to look into the transmission for being the potential cause of problem. By the way everytime I have went there I've been told I need an air filter or some kind of service. I arrange to leave my van there on Friday and Saturday that week. My transmission didn't have any trouble codes and was fine. I took my van with fustration. Again the noise appeared, I went and told them that I do not have the time to be going down there every Friday. I said look the van's making the same noise. He calls his service tech out from the back, at this point I move my steering wheel and show them how the noise increases when I move it, but I'm not a mechanic. He asked if I could leave the van, oh yeah I also need A wheel alignment and, the week before that I needed an oil change. Not on Easter weekend, so the following Friday, I took my van in first thing in the morning my van was checked in later that day R.M. calls and talks to my wife. He lets her know that the power steering pump is bad. The parts are on order, but they won't be there till Tuesday of next week also my front brakes are metal to metal, (which I hadn't heard them make any noise or grind at all but I guess i'm not a mechanic) so he can't let his tech drive the van to test the power steering pump. The The front brakes with installation run about $269.00. I call R.M. and I ask him about what's going on he tells me what he told my wife? I told him that I wasn't convinced that my brakes were as bad as he was making it sound. He told me he could take the price down to about $242.00. Then he gave me the option of just changing out the brake shoes. I told him that it would defeat the purpose to just change out the brake shoes. He paused for a second and said "well yeah" . I'm stuck without my van for five days possibly six. I think that the what's most frustrating is that I've always had older cars with problems. When my wife and I decided to buy this Van brand new we had two things in mind American Made & Reliability. Next time, I'll buy A Honda or Toyota for sure. I need a reliable vehicle for my family. Their service department can do a whole lot better. I took the car that i bought not even a month ago in because the check engine light came on, and they reset it, but it came right back on, i took it in 3 times for this issue. Finally, they had to flash the computer, but wouldnt this be part of the all systems check they told me 2x they did the first time?
