I had previously had a bad cut, and the stylist assured me should could fix it. I had already decided it may take a couple of cuts, but at least I would be headed in the right direction. Not only did she not get it going in the right direction, but she added to my problems by cutting my hair with dull sheers. Now my otherwise healthy, fine hair looks like a cottonball. All this for $56.00.When I went in to have someone look at it I was on crutches. I was greeted very coolly by Dana. After getting situated in the chair she begin to interrogate me, never allowing me to explain anything. To be quite frank, she was bullying me and embarrassing me in front the stylist next to her and her client. I ended up pulling the cape off and stumbling out of the chair with my crutches while she handed me my coat and let me leave crying. I won't be back. And by the way, I have not had one compliment on my horrible haircut. And I would not even give 1 star if I did not have to in order to post this.

I've gone to many salons but the owner Kitty is rude and her prices are unreasonable. I've experienced better. I went to the theater to get a discount when I saw the movie Friends with Benefits (the theater girls were super sweet but the salon was a nightmare) and used it but it barely made a dent with her prices. I think she makes the cards and then ups her prices more.

I bought one of my girlfriends a boutique item for her 30th birthday which was cheap and overpriced. I got a pedicure and it was about 4x the price they are at A Nails and Bella Lei and do not last as long. She advertises "crybaby" mascara is a LAME and $60+ and only lasts for two weeks which I tried during her training event and It was a 2-3 HOUR WAIT!

The staff leaves you waiting and need more color training. Other salons I've been to are much more hip and stylish, especially on Milwaukee's East Side. She boasts "best salon" but it ends up being a place where you get mostly glares and prices that are not reasonable.

IF she really is green is it because of the air running into the salon through the same pipes in a normal building? The products are not green and a friend of mine gets them way cheaper elsewhere.
