I was coming in as a guest and decided that I wished to become a member. I mailed the application, with my sponser's name, and the $ to Mooseheart Illinois. I hadn't heard anything, and was approached by the big cheese who goes by the name of "Randy". He acted as if I had been lying. Said that there is no place to send the money to, and I would of needed a sponsor. I said that I sent the stuff in, but hadn't heard anything- so I said that I would just pay him, since he seemed to be the one who's in charge at the Mentone Lodge. I bought several people drinks at the lodge, and upon leaving, I had lost the keys to my vehicle. I asked if I could pay someone that might drive me to my house to get my spare set. Randy said that he wasn't going that way, and asked why I didn't have triple "A", when everyone else does, etc. I called a tow service to help me, the guy was belligerent, refunded my $, told me to never come back. I walked in to get the address and Randy became violent.
