My Toro snowblower was really running rough so I called them for an appointment. The owner said it most likely will be just a carb cleaning. When it was returned to me, the safety switch on the handle was broken off and missing. The machine still ran rough, as well. I called them back and they wouldn't admit responsibility for the broken equipment but she said she would fix it. When it was returned for a second time it still ran terribly. I didn't bother calling them back. I took it to another technician who did a meticulous carb cleaning on the machine so now it runs normally. While the new technician disassembled the carb, he showed me where dirt in the carb that should have been removed. I can understand one mistake, but two failed attempts to do a good carb cleaning and breaking my machine? Come on.
